Program Overview

Housing Stability Is Workforce Stability.

We train housing providers—not healthcare workers.

The Healthcare Workforce Housing Education & Training Program teaches homeowners, hospitals, counties, and communities how to activate existing housing for traveling healthcare professionals—ethically, responsibly, and without owning additional property.

01 Program Purpose

Why this matters

Built to close the gap between healthcare staffing and housing.

Healthcare professionals may accept an assignment—but still struggle to find safe, comfortable, reasonably priced temporary housing near their work. At the same time, communities have underused bedrooms, guest spaces, and homes with the potential to help.

This program connects those realities through practical, instructor-led education. It equips people and institutions to create responsible housing options that support workforce mobility, community participation, and continuity of care.

Good to know

  • Built from real, hands-on hosting experience

This program is not

  • ×An announced hospital or platform partnership

03New income pathways using housing that already exists.

04Community-centered participation in a critical workforce challenge.
